Drinking at a pub I frequent.
It had a slightly sweet mouthfeel and I drank a little bit at a time.
Good sake and good food is all you need to have fun.
The rice used is Gin no Sato.
It's a brand that I've never had before, and when it's this size, I can't help but buy it!
Most of the time, I want to drink more! I usually finish it with a feeling of wanting more.
This sake is exactly like that, with an elegant sweetness and a clean finish. And a banana bitterness. The balance is also good.

There seems to be 7 types of this sake with different labels, but is this the only size available?
I'm very interested in this yeast called "AC95".
Speaking of Kochi's yeast these days, CEL24 is the one that stands out, but this one is also quite good, and if I had to pick a favorite, I'd go with this one.
