This was served at an izakaya right in front of the hotel where I stayed on a business trip to Kochi. It is a dry sake with a sake strength of +15, but the acidity and umami give the impression of being effective, and it is fresh and tasty. It is a good sake as a food sake, though it may be compatible with some other drinks. Rice polishing ratio→70 Alcohol content→18.5 Sake degree→+15

At an izakaya right in front of the hotel where I stayed on a business trip to Kochi. Slightly fruity and gently dry. It was like a ginjo-shu (albeit with a little bit of alcohol) that was stored fresh. Easy to drink, in a sense, it is uninteresting. Rice polishing ratio→60%. Alcohol content→15
