This was served at an izakaya right in front of the hotel where I stayed on a business trip to Kochi.
It is a dry sake with a sake strength of +15, but the acidity and umami give the impression of being effective, and it is fresh and tasty. It is a good sake as a food sake, though it may be compatible with some other drinks.
