The third drink at Otsuka "Edoichi" was "Tsuru no Tomo" Junmai.
Chiyomitsu and Tsuru no Tomo are listed as "famous Niigata sake" among the many classical sake in one of the best izakaya in Tokyo.
It is a full-bodied and once again exquisitely delicious sake 🍶😌.
As a heated sake, it is quite well-balanced.
Otsuka station, at first glance, looks beautiful now that the station building has been built, but the town itself is still quite energetic and deep 😅....
In such a town, it is very quaint that there is such a prestigious and tranquil space like Edoichi.

The second bowl of Edoichi, after a long absence, was Chiyonomitsu.
A little sweetness and flavorful structure.
I think it is a very good brewery in Niigata.
The atmosphere of Edoichi is, once again, wonderful.
The U-shaped counter is prestigious, but also relaxing.
Although photography and cell phone calls are prohibited, the atmosphere is so nice that you don't even feel like fiddling with your cell phone.

I think Kazuhiko Ota's Tokyo "Izakaya Gosanke" were Edoichi, Shinsuke, and Kagiya.
The atmosphere and the heating up of the food is wonderful👍.

We got off at JR Otsuka station, as we were told to have dinner on our own.
Otsuka has many good izakaya (Japanese style pubs) and may be a mecca for sake in particular.
We went to Edoichi for the first time in a long time.
First up was Shirataka.
The default is heated sake, with cold sake in a separate section.
Exquisite heated sake, pleasantly acidic.
It soaks in.
