みやぞーMy first Shinmasa. I see now that it is a modern sake. I agree with everyone's evaluation.
Very fruity. No bitter aftertaste at all. This is also good. After all, it's the kind that goes well with anything when you're drunk. みやぞーSecond house I visited!!!! みやぞーThird drink. This was the first time I drank Amami. I have often seen this sake at Sake-no-Wa, so I was curious about it. Like the first glass of Kido, it was fruity and sweet. However, I was too drunk to remember the details. I will try it again. I drank too much since Monday. I regret it. みやぞーSecond drink. Hakuhong Black Label. My colleague's preference is for dry sake, so I ordered this sake, although the name sounds somewhat like beer. It was easy to drink, not the classical dryness I had imagined, but with a hint of sweetness. It goes well with spicy gi-pai. My preference is basically for sweet sake, but this sake made me think that a dry sake might be a good choice. みやぞーVisited Kakitsubata for an after-party with colleagues from work. As usual, they have a variety of items on the shelves. The first drink was a limited edition sake from Kido? I got a bottle of Haru no Kaorufu. It was sweet but not cloying, just the way I like it. It seems to go well with Kido. eveIt had an interesting name, so I ordered it. Apparently, they also have another kind called "XX feelings".
The taste was a little unique, and I thought it was bamboo grass flavored, but I'm sure it was just my imagination. evePurely delicious.
I recently found Senkou's Classic Omachi to be delicious as well, so maybe it goes well with Omachi. みやぞーNabeshima has a sweet image, but this one has a refreshing taste. I guess the difference in rice makes a difference. Once again, I realized that even the same brewery has different types of rice and brewing methods. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
