I've only seen this sake in the Ikari supermarket.
It seems that the brewery was producing unfiltered raw sake from very early on.
It has a sweetness with a bitter taste, but the fruity taste stands out.
It's not flashy, but it's a good example of unfiltered unpasteurized sake.
It seems that Chiyotobuki and this brewery are related, but they're registered as the same brewery on Sake no Wa...
I check out Ikari Super Market from time to time because they have a lot of fresh sake.
They usually have Kameizumi CEL24 and Gazanryu. The rest are Yamatsuru, Takasago from Shizuoka, Biotai, Dewazakura, and Drunken Mind.

Filtering the alcohol was a rule that was followed for three hundred years😲.

bouken-san, good evening ⭐️!
I'm not sure if I'll ever be able to drink it again, but I'm sure I'll be able to drink it again. I'm not sure how I feel about it now 😅 but I'd love to try it 🤗

Maripornu-san Good evening 🌃
It was a revolutionary sake at the time, but nowadays there are so many different kinds of sake available that it's just plain unfiltered raw sake😅.

By the way, the supermarket where I bought this sake had Ottersai, but at a fixed price 😀 .
