The slight sparkling sensation on the tongue is pleasant, with a pleasant ginjo aroma 😉 The flavor is rich and slightly sweet, with a sourness like green apples and a weakness of green apple-like sourness here and there that kicks in nicely. The back end has a typical Dewa no Sato bitterness, converging with a long aftertaste. This medicinal bitterness is a bit unpleasant for me personally. I recommend that you drink it well chilled to reduce the bitterness~!
We enjoy 🍃 of cool autumn evening ike and squid and celery sauteed in salt and karasumi with grated radish from Eiko Fuji. This sake is for you to enjoy delicious nibbles slowly.
