The nose is fresh and fruity, similar to strawberry🍓. It has a fizzy feeling in the mouth. Refreshing mouthfeel, 💦 flavor spreading the moment you drink it, with a subtle sweetness and rice flavor that coexist beautifully. An easy-drinking food sake that goes well with food.
It is a good sake. But I recently drank two types of Eiko-Fuji, Hinowa and Akishu, and this is the third. They seem to taste the same, and I'm a little tired of drinking them 💫.
