金猫魔
First check-in in Iwate with Nanbu Bijin Junmai Ginjo Namaishu!
The other day, I watched a documentary film featuring Mr. Kuji, the brewer of Nanbu Bijin. I was impressed by the way he cheerfully and positively did what he could do in the midst of the hardships of being the son of a brewery owner, the challenges he continued to face with his strong will, his foray overseas, the double whammy of the earthquake and the mood of self-restraint, and the continuous hardships he faced.
That is why I bought it immediately when I saw it.
I bought it immediately after seeing it, and chilled it well with cold sake.
It is gorgeously sweet,
Fruity aroma like apple,
Aroma of rice,
The fresh and light texture,
The rich sweetness and bitterness spread to the back of the throat,
The fresh, rounded, thick flavor,
And the lingering aftertaste is clean and crisp.
The lingering aftertaste is clean and crisp,
Aromatic, sweet, bitter, and beautiful.
Delicious!

Eirin-san! Sorry for the late comment! Good evening! My first Nambu Bijin was as good as the rumors said, and it was gone in no time! I would like to try the special junmai as well!
