There is a lot of talk about the three major nigori (Hirotogawa, Yukidaruma, and Jigokoro). Somehow I felt like eating one of the three major nigori in Tokyo. Morishita "Yamariki" after a long absence. I arrived at 1700 when the restaurant opened. I was solo, so I sat at the counter. Stewed egg and garlic toast. Stewed with a western flavor, and the fatty meat of the motsu is also tender. It is still outstandingly delicious 😋. Sake is Tsuru no Tomo. As mentioned in Kazuhiko Ota's program, "Yamariki" has Tsuru no Tomo. It is also good. Smooth and tasty, it goes well with this stew.
