Kyoto is not Fushimi, first time to see this sake 🍶.
Seems to be popular overseas ☺️.
A different category of food sake from my favorites Tanaka Rokugo and Hakurakusei.
It's almost like a brandy... a much drier red wine?
Mellow mouthfeel, shallow polish, but the miscellaneous taste only lingers a little afterwards and has a nice sharpness from the time lag.
Not for yakitori or sushi🤔.
I wonder what would go well with it?
I think I would enjoy it more if it was heated 😊.
I'm a little bit of a Japanese foodie 😅.

2015! This is another great old sake!
I'm not a fan of old sake either and haven't found a sake that fits the bill yet 😅 Sake is really deep!
