The rice is Fukunokou. This is also not found in Kansai, so I bought it. The aroma is slightly pineapple. It is fruity but a little dry and refreshing. Slight sweetness. I was told it was dry, but I didn't feel it was that dry. It's light, but it may not be enough for some people.

Purchased at the antenna store attached to the Osaka office of Fukushima Prefecture. Unlike antenna stores in other prefectures, the store is almost entirely devoted to sake. I wanted to try Yaemon's Kesa Shibori, but it was already sold out. They have a variety of famous brands, but when you come here, you have to buy the ones you can't buy in Kansai 😁. The waiter was probably different from the previous one, but both were very nice. It has a light gassy feeling. It has a light gassy feeling, with a strong acidity, and a light throat feel, just like the label on the back says. Sake with a refreshing lychee flavor. It's delicious, but it's too bad that in Kansai you can only buy it at antenna stores.

Hello bouken, 🌧️ I've only seen it online, but it looks like they had as much liquor as a liquor store 🤔I'm tempted to go after reading your review 😁.

Bouken-san every mo~! Fukushima Prefecture Osaka Office I'm so glad you checked it out. I think the office is closed around 4pm on weekends and holidays, right? I don't think I'll be able to go there, so I've been skimming through the TL recently.

Good evening, Ponchan 😃 They seem to sell peaches from Fukushima depending on the season, but basically it's mainly sake 😅I enjoy just looking at the fridge, so by all means!

Thanks for the sake-run 🙋. We start early in the morning at 9am, but we close early💦. They are closed at the end of the month for inventory 😅It's not easy to go there... 😁I see you're watching FB in case you're TL through 😁.

Good evening, bouken 😃. Fukushima prefecture's Osaka office sells a lot of sake 😳⁉️I looked in Fukui prefecture's Osaka office and they didn't have any sake at all, so I got a guide book called "Fukui Sake Brewery Aruki" 📖 and left 😭.

Good evening, Rafa 😊. I was wondering if businessmen come here to buy, even though it is only open on weekdays, the product turnover seemed good. They have Tenmei and Hirotogawa and I recommend them! Kansai is weak in antenna stores 😥.

I bought it along with "Aizu Musume" at the side corner in the sales area of the Osaka office of Fukushima Prefecture. This sake is made by replacing part of the brewing water with junmai sake from the first year of business resumption (2011BY) in Nagai City, Yamagata Prefecture, where it has been aged for a long time. It is a new style of sake with the alcohol content adjusted to 7 degrees and carbonation infused to make it easy for anyone to drink. The unexpectedness of its sparkling match with any dish is sure to add color to your life. Please drink it chilled. This sparkling junmai sake is produced by Suzuki Shuzo Shoten, a brewery in Nagai, Yamagata Prefecture, which was damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake and continues to produce it. The brewery in Namie-cho seems to have finally reopened in 2021. Keep it chilled and toast with family. It was more effervescent than I expected. The carbonation is very effective. It is low in alcohol content and was served as an aperitif or champagne. Since it is 250 ml, I shared it with my family and it was a perfect aperitif. It is a type of sake that I don't pick up often, but it is good once in a while.

Purchased at the Fukushima Prefecture Osaka Office. I feel that after a light taste when drunk chilled, it leaves a crisp, yet bitter taste in the mouth. That may be the reason why the food goes well with it. Aizu Musume "Mino" series One product from one rice field Starting in 2019, Aizumusume will be brewing a field limited edition of Aizumusume "Jojo" with "Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed only with rice from a single rice field" at the heart of the sake brewing process, and will be released seasonally from each rice field. (HP)" The brewery's website did not list this product, but I found some information on the page of a sake shop called Uekiya. Tsuchiya Noen, which runs a farm at the foot of Mt. Bandai in Aizu, with a close view of Lake Inawashiro (omitted). Tsuchiya Farm's "Tsuchiya-no-o" is strong and supple. It has a superb flavor with outstanding freshness, which is released from a quiet tension that gives a sense of loneliness. Please enjoy the deep bitterness and spiciness typical of Kame-no-o in a leisurely and luxurious way. This was a new product for 2022! The brewery, Takahashi Shosaku Sake Brewery, seems to be located in the southern part of the Aizu Basin, east of where the Aga River flows into the basin. Across the river is the medieval Mukohaguro Castle, which seems to have a different history from the Aizu Castle area. Sake calls for food, and we are full!

It has been a while since I visited the Fukushima Prefecture Osaka Office in the Osaka Station Building. The attraction here is that you can buy sake, which is not often seen in Osaka, so when I asked for a rare sake, I got this one as recommended. I asked about a rare sake and got this one, which was recommended to me. But since I don't have a fixed image of Yamahai myself, I can't compare it, but I thought it had a good balance of acidity and umami. I felt it had a good balance of acidity and umami. Sake from Aizu. But Aizu is a very large area. And in the middle of the Aizu Basin, with the Aga River flowing from north to south, there seem to be many differences in culture and taste. The Shirai Sake Brewery of "The Wind Blows" is located in Aizu Misato on the west side of the Aga River (Aizu Wakamatsu is on the east side of the river). (Aizu Wakamatsu is on the east side of the river, across the river from the brewery.) Near the brewery is the Miya River, which flows into the Agano River, and the Isasumi Shrine, the first shrine in Iwashiro Province. Huh? Isn't Fukushima Prefecture the country of Mutsu? I had never heard of Iwashiro-kuni before, so I looked it up and learned that Mutsu was divided into five provinces in the Meiji era (1868-1912), and one of them was Iwashiro-kuni. Oh, I was so ignorant. However, it is very delicious to drink sake while imagining such history and the Aizu Basin. Let's try to choose Aizu's sake again!

According to the clerk at the antenna store, it is not distributed outside of the prefecture, so I bought it. Despite the classic label, it is gorgeous and a little pineapple. It looks a bit like Ai-no-Sato, another brand of Hana-Hayo-Yoku.

I was curious about this sake because Mr. Manachie was drinking it. Purchased at an antenna store in Fukushima Prefecture. I really wanted the same specs, but they only had this one and an expensive one, so I had no choice but to choose this one. The brewery has reopened after 20 years. It has a mild and gentle honey-like sweetness. The aftertaste is refreshing. I would prefer a little more sweetness, but it seems to go well with a meal.

I had been wanting to visit an antenna store in Fukushima prefecture for a long time. The shop is only open on weekdays, but since it was closed on Monday, I was finally able to visit. There are many tourist associations of each prefecture in the building, but I think Fukushima is the only one that sells products. And they mainly sell sake. I was surprised to see that they have everything from famous brands to brands that don't make it out of the prefecture to Izumikawa 😲I bought a few bottles since I don't get to come here often 😊. According to the official website, it is unfiltered. I've only ever had Hanaharu Yume no Kanade. I heard it is brewed by a female toji. The sweetness comes first and the spiciness comes later. It tastes just as the store owner said. I was surprised that her comment was more accurate than the liquor store's. I think the popup at the store said the rice was Koshihikari. It's just right to drink with ice.
