I bought it along with "Aizu Musume" at the side corner in the sales area of the Osaka office of Fukushima Prefecture. This sake is made by replacing part of the brewing water with junmai sake from the first year of business resumption (2011BY) in Nagai City, Yamagata Prefecture, where it has been aged for a long time. It is a new style of sake with the alcohol content adjusted to 7 degrees and carbonation infused to make it easy for anyone to drink. The unexpectedness of its sparkling match with any dish is sure to add color to your life. Please drink it chilled. This sparkling junmai sake is produced by Suzuki Shuzo Shoten, a brewery in Nagai, Yamagata Prefecture, which was damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake and continues to produce it. The brewery in Namie-cho seems to have finally reopened in 2021. Keep it chilled and toast with family. It was more effervescent than I expected. The carbonation is very effective. It is low in alcohol content and was served as an aperitif or champagne. Since it is 250 ml, I shared it with my family and it was a perfect aperitif. It is a type of sake that I don't pick up often, but it is good once in a while.
