べっさんI haven't been to this restaurant in a while. I found a sake that was not on the menu. It seems to be a limited edition, but they offer it at the same price as other sake. That is the spirit of the owner. I took it without hesitation. It has a soft apple-flavored texture and an elegant, fragrant aftertaste. This is delicious. It is the best.
