Slightly tangy and acidity spreads throughout the mouth. Wine yeast is delicious!
It was delicious and matched the sourness of the Umehone meal tremendously.
I thought it didn't go so well with fried food.
Stars ★★★☆☆☆☆☆
It is dry, but when you drink it, the sweetness spreads with a twang.
It has a clean aftertaste and goes well not only with sashimi, but also with tempura, and with strongly seasoned boiled fish (^^).
A definite repeat purchase.

With hints of a grapefruit flavor.
The sweetness of the mellow taste spread out, but the faint acidity that followed swept away all the sweetness. This is an excellent sake, like a good girl.
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma of green apple spreads out, and at the end, it has a sour and bitter taste like grapefruit. Freshly squeezed Fureeshu.

I wrote "adult Calpis" on the menu.
It's true!
Fruity ginjo aroma and creamy, sweet and sour taste.
The brewer recommends it on the rocks, but it tastes better cold.
The menu called this "adult calpis", and it actually was! I love calpis, so this was a very tasty sake. low alcohol level, but The brewery recommends drinking this on the rocks.

Very aromatic sake!
It's really garlic and wine!
Smooth and silky taste.
Slightly sweet
A very aromatic Sake! Is this what they would call "Kunshu"?
It had a very smooth texture and was easy to drink.
I was attracted by the store's comment, "Calpis for adults. Muddy. The sourness and taste is more like yogurt than Calpis. The alcohol content is also low at 6%, making it a dangerous drink that can be enjoyed easily. It would be interesting to pair it with Turkish food with lots of spices.
From the first sip, it is very fruity, yet the aftertaste is refreshing and not sticky. The label is stylish and masculine, which is hard to imagine from the taste, but inside it is feminine, just like Yuki Amami.
