There is a slight bitterness in the finish. [I think "sharp" is a good description. I can't really smell the aroma. Alcoholic taste is not too strong. I paired it with kimchi, but there was no problem. I got it online from Yamanaka Sake Shop {I couldn't find it at the store}.

Akishika Junmai Ginjo Hiyakioroshi Ingredients Yamadanishiki Acidity 1.8 Rice polishing ratio 60 Sake degree 10 Amino acidity 1.4 I am not a good reviewer of sake. Feel of drinking -> Smell is weak. Not so strong aroma even when smelling it at a distance to touch. The alcohol tingling sensation is weak, the acidity is slight, and there is a bit of bitterness at the end. In general, I have the impression that it is easy to drink. I paired it with Delta's Locavo Nut, which is not bad. I found that grinding the almonds to a paste in my mouth and pouring a small amount of the fallow deer into my mouth gave me an indescribably pleasant sensation. In my opinion, the 'compatibility' is not bad, and it is a sake that can be drunk a lot. Sorry for the lousy review. I hope it will help you in your purchase.

I don't know if I would find it sweet. A refreshingly soft acidity [never strong]. The last thing I feel in my mouth is 'sourness'. I feel that the alcohol stimulation is weak. No tingling or pain. The aroma does not seem strong either. I just tried it with salmon halas...in short, a fatty food, but I think it would go better with something different. It seems to be summery. How to purchase・・Mail order [I asked for it with Toko Snack・・・Korean Seaweed 【Souvenir】. Aroma・? Not sure. Taste・Almost no alcohol stimulation. A little bitterness in the aftertaste. Sourness is slight. In general, I have the impression that it is easy to drink. I feel it is good for beginners. I think every time I drink it, I have to take a more close-up photo to get the whole picture.

Reason for purchasing・It was on my Amazon purchase list, but I neglected it. I found it at AEON Lycoming when I happened to stop by during my trip to Okinawa. It has nothing to do with Okinawa, but I bought it. This is a layman's review. Taste: It's not a habitual taste, but it's very mild. It does not interfere with the taste. I can feel a little sourness. Aroma: I am not sure. I am sure it is not strong. Recommendation・・As there is little stimulation of alcohol, it may be good for those who are not used to drinking sake... However, please note that there is still 'sake smell'. I don't think I will repeat it.

Please excuse my poor review. Handa Township Nakano Shuzo Junmai Ginjo Yeast → 1801 Acquisition→I received it as a souvenir. Side dish→Mozuku seaweed [sold in packs of 3 Drinking it cold. After drinking 1 can of Ebisu beer. Aroma→I don't know. Taste→Clear and lightly sweet. Alcoholic taste is weak, and there is almost no tingling sensation. It tastes like grapefruit when mixed with mozuku seaweed in the mouth. The aroma is not strong, so beginners may be able to enjoy it. It is served together with the previous Ginjo-Umeshu (Toko).

Toko Ginjo-Umeshu Yonezawa, Kojima Sohonten Alcohol content: 11-12 degrees Celsius It is said to be a sake from Yamagata. Today's sake snack is carnitas [tacos🌮]. How it was purchased: Recommended by a female acquaintance. She said she drinks it as a reward. Impression; I drank it cold. The first impression is that it has a strong sweetness, but the plum and sake (ginjo) flavors are absorbed without a pause. The sweetness lingers in the throat after drinking it cold, so I think it is just right with water or on the rocks, or with carbonated water. Even those who don't like alcohol can drink it if you mix it with water. Next time (next week), I would like to drink it cold and mix it with various drinks.

Daiginjo Hoyo Uchigasaki Sake Brewery [Tomiya City, Miyagi Prefecture This is a review by an amateur sake drinker. I received this as a souvenir. I had it after drinking 2 cans of beer. I drank it cold. The entrée was the sweet and spicy Soboro that came with the Ebisu. It is a comparison to the Shoun Kinryu that I am drinking with it. I am not sure about the aroma. The taste is like the umami of rice. It is soft and fluffy. I personally do not feel any sourness or bitterness. I don't think the alcohol taste is particularly strong either. I don't feel any unpleasant sensation when I drink it with Soboro in my mouth. I tend to drink it cold, but it is delicious cold as well. I had never heard of this sake, but I recommend it. I hope you will find this review informative.

Junmai Ginjo. I drink it cold. It was given to me as a souvenir. Thickness. How does it smell? I can't really tell. Alcoholic feeling is not much. The acidity is not strong either. 8/10 3 weeks after opening The first was fried manjuu from Mikadoya. NICE marriage! The second was a financier [Gorgonzola] from a place called Drori that I bought at Hankyu. Financier [Gorgonzola] that I bought at Hankyu. It goes well with this too! (3) The entrée was Ise-Shima Karinto! The food was a Junmai Amazake flavor. Pure rice amazake flavor. It goes well with everything.
