Sourness is felt but does not linger.
There is a slight bitterness in the finish.
[I think "sharp" is a good description.
I can't really smell the aroma.
Alcoholic taste is not too strong.
I paired it with kimchi, but there was no problem.
I got it online from Yamanaka Sake Shop {I couldn't find it at the store}.
