Acquisition→I received it as a souvenir.
Side dish→Mozuku seaweed [sold in packs of 3
Drinking it cold.
After drinking 1 can of Ebisu beer.
Aroma→I don't know.
Taste→Clear and lightly sweet.
Alcoholic taste is weak, and there is almost no tingling sensation.
It tastes like grapefruit when mixed with mozuku seaweed in the mouth.
The aroma is not strong, so beginners may be able to enjoy it.
It is served together with the previous Ginjo-Umeshu (Toko).
