なつめぐ
I don't know if I would find it sweet. A refreshingly soft acidity [never strong]. The last thing I feel in my mouth is 'sourness'. I feel that the alcohol stimulation is weak. No tingling or pain. The aroma does not seem strong either. I just tried it with salmon halas...in short, a fatty food, but I think it would go better with something different. It seems to be summery. The aftertaste is sour, so I think it is refreshing. Senkou Japanese sparkling firework Ingredients: rice and rice malt Alcohol content 13
