I am not a good reviewer of sake.
Feel of drinking -> Smell is weak. Not so strong aroma even when smelling it at a distance to touch. The alcohol tingling sensation is weak, the acidity is slight, and there is a bit of bitterness at the end.
In general, I have the impression that it is easy to drink.
I paired it with Delta's Locavo Nut, which is not bad.
I found that grinding the almonds to a paste in my mouth and pouring a small amount of the fallow deer into my mouth gave me an indescribably pleasant sensation.
In my opinion, the 'compatibility' is not bad, and it is a sake that can be drunk a lot.
