I'm working from home today. Maybe it's because I'm still not used to it, but my shoulders are really stiff. I cut the package of "Miyamizu no Sato," a hometown gift to Nishinomiya City in Hyogo Prefecture. I started with it at room temperature, but its rich flavor suited my taste and I went on with the oden. It was so frustrating to heat it up that I finished my self-imposed limit of two cups in no time.

With the expansion of Corona, the shop today also closes at 9pm, so we rushed in at 7:30pm.
