I left work early today because I had to work staggered hours. I went straight to my usual restaurant (I don't know what the staggered workday is for...). I quickly passed on the beer and had a cold glass of Sharaku today. It had a delicious taste and went perfectly with the Sime Mackerel.

I'm working from home today. Maybe it's because I'm still not used to it, but my shoulders are really stiff. I suddenly realized that I've been at the computer for 12 hours, so I finished my work for the time being. I had oden noodles for dinner at home. I cut the package of "Miyamizu no Sato," a hometown gift to Nishinomiya City in Hyogo Prefecture. I started with it at room temperature, but its rich flavor suited my taste and I went on with the oden. It was so frustrating to heat it up that I finished my self-imposed limit of two cups in no time.

With the expansion of Corona, the shop today also closes at 9pm, so we rushed in at 7:30pm. From here, we had to fight against time. First of all, we had a light beer, tsukidashi and tempura assortment. While they were making the sashimi, we chose the brand.
