Delicious sake from Kitakata.
It has no peculiarities and is very easy to drink.

When the bottle is opened, it seems quite sour.
After a day, it mellowed a bit and became more to my liking.

This is a sake brewery that I stop by when I go to the Inawashiro ski resort.
I was aiming for the blue-labeled fresh draft, but this may have been the first time I saw the red-labeled Shiboritate fresh draft light nigori.
It had more flavor than the blue, but it was very refreshing despite being red.
I think I would drink it in large gulps.
