I attended a heated sake event at Hiroshima Castle.
I didn't see any grilled fish or other fish-related items, so I went with the meat and tofu.
The sake was easy to drink, even for a beginner, but the tofu was so surprisingly delicious that we didn't have time to add more sake at the heated sake booth. Next time, I would like to enjoy the snacks while preparing the sake!
Shichikanma's special junmai sake is served with nodoguro (open fish).
The aroma is fruity, and the aftertaste slowly spreads afterwards. I was curious about this sake after reading other reviews, so I looked for a place where I could drink it, and I was right.
