Black Cho-san" Junmai Daiginjo Nama-no-Hara Sake A limited time product selected by the toji from among Choujamori's new sake. It has a clear taste unique to Junmai Daiginjo, and is a precious bottle that can only be drunk during this season.

IMA Sake for Oysters. The sake brewery was the closest to Niigata Station. A sales representative from Imadaiji Sake Brewery came to a nearby liquor store and bought it, attracted by the boldness and fun of the concept. It is juicy and has a light, almost white wine-like flavor. Paired it with squid sashimi as I was told that it goes well with any seafood other than oysters. It was great👍.

It has a clean and unctuous taste. It is exactly like skunk cabbage blooming prettily in the marshlands of Oze. I drank it with scallops and pickled plums, but it did not disturb me at all because it is a light sake. It is recommended to drink it chilled in a wine glass, which is understandable. You can drink as many glasses as you like just like a white wine 👌.

I bought it at a liquor store in Sannomiya, where I stopped by for sightseeing in Hyogo. According to what I heard, it is a very rare sake sold only at the brewery and its liquor store. The sake has a complex flavor profile, with a moderate amount of gas, sweetness, and bitterness. It is a little too subtle for everyday drinking, but it is an enjoyable and unusual sake.
