I love this sake and have purchased it many times.
The overall taste is sour and refreshing, but you can also taste the sweetness of the thick rice.
The fizziness is pleasant and I feel it is perfect for the warm season.
The label looks simple at first glance, but when you shine it through the light, the cherry blossom pattern comes out in a nice pattern 🫶.
