.
□ Junmai Sake, fire-roasted, unpasteurized, 70% polishing ratio, 13% alcohol by volume, white koji.
.
Oysters and other seafood from the Seto Inland Sea.
This sake was developed in response to the desire to create a sake that goes well with Western-style cuisine made from the sea.
The image is of a lemon, a specialty of Hiroshima, squeezed tightly on an oyster.
By using white koji, this sake has a sweet and sour taste with a fresh sourness like a lemon.
Sweet but not sticky sweetness.
The taste is similar to that of a yucara-momo.
