Fukuda.
I first encountered it a few years ago.
It was one of the first bottles that I had a feeling that they were starting to make good sake, even though I was into the "not so good" period personally.
It's been a few days since I opened it.
Sake no Wa, I'm posting a series of pictures to commemorate my debut.
It's so muddy and not so crispy.
Sorry, I'm on the verge of drinking it.
I don't often buy this much nigori sake.
I guess there are different likes and dislikes.
Thirteen Nights.
It is said to be an aesthetic that is missing from Fifteen Nights.
I drink it as an intermediate sake that I can drink easily, but, well, it's neither good nor bad.
Steady goodness.
A good sake for about 3000 yen per bottle.
Personally, it doesn't have that much impact on me, but, well, it's well-rounded. Delicious!
