This is the opening of a bottle that was pre-ordered in January. It comes with a sticker as an apology for the delay in delivery. It has a fruity aroma and a slight sourness in the mouth😃. A bit of bitterness at the end, but it disappears quickly and no problem👍. The drink is delicious ❗️. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) 100% Yamada Nishiki Rice polishing ratio：45 Alcohol content: over 16 degrees and under 17 degrees

The first shot of the new year🌟🌟. TATENOKAWA which I found by chance It is a little spicy after the fruity aroma in the mouth. A feature of the Tatenogawa Sake Brewery's production method. My first sake repo I can't express myself well💦 I feel the lack of my own sense💦.
