Kimagure Dragon 2020: Perfect Fermentation of Love Rice:Aisan Alc:16 Rice Polishing Ratio:60 Because it is completely fermented, the sugar content has been broken down and it is very light. Perhaps it is because of this lightness, but I felt that the umami was transmitted to the tongue well. I wonder if the flavor of Aizan is good. In contrast to the name of the product, the taste has almost no peculiarities, so you will not get tired of drinking it no matter how much you drink. I felt that the taste changes slightly depending on the temperature range, and I liked it when it was cooled down to around 10~15 degrees Celsius (maybe) because the taste was easy to understand.

Rice type: Koji Omachi 20%, Kake rice: Kaminoho 80%. Alc:13 Rice polishing ratio:55 The aroma is fruity. Just like the picture on the jacket, you can feel the apple acidity. I don't know if it's the alcohol content or the acidity, but it doesn't have the harshness of Omachi. It has a good amount of umami in it. It is good for summer because it can be drunk cold.

Rice:100% sake brewing rice from Nagano Prefecture Alc:17 Polishing ratio:59 Faint Ginjo aroma. Gentle on the palate. A little sourness afterwards. It is a light dry taste. It seems to have a little bit of umami. It would be ideal with a cool chill. I don't know. The jacket is cute.
