It is clear and dry.
Like the previous Asakayousei, it has a robust flavor despite its cute appearance. I think this one is easier to drink.
I was caught off guard by the loose cuteness of the label.
Mellow mouthfeel, alcohol taste through the nose.
It made me feel like I was drinking sake! The contents made me feel strongly that I was drinking sake.
Hirai Shoten is a long-established sake brewery that has been in business for over 360 years.
So refreshing, so easy to drink from the first sip!
I drank it chilled.
It has a refreshing aftertaste and doesn't interfere with food.

It is mellow, and after drinking, it is light and refreshing.
A few years ago, this sake was included in a set of sake comparison at a soba noodle shop in our neighborhood. It was so delicious that I looked for it at liquor stores but could not find it.
After a few years, I was able to taste it again. It is still delicious.
The alcohol content is not that high at 12 degrees.
It is a nigori sake, so it is somewhat like amazake.
When I actually drank it, I was surprised to find that it had zero sweetness and a strong taste.
However, it was easy to drink, and after the second sip, I was able to enjoy it easily.
