Hitogochi is used. Polishing ratio 59%. Slightly effervescent on the palate. Smooth mouthfeel. It has a delicious rice flavor and taste. But it is a refreshing summer sake. Quite a favorite.

Affordable price for a junmai daiginjo. But quite tasty. Elegant aroma but with a robust taste. A clean aftertaste. Quite delicious, my favorite type.

The mouth opening was indeed too spicy to drink much, but after a few days it became a little rounder and easier to drink.
