It was a great sake with a concentrated flavor of rice.
It was a gem that makes me want to drink it again, even though I cannot buy it very often.
If you like fruity sake, you may not like it.

Pichi pichi puchi puchi sweetness.
I wonder if Kouei Kiku makes a lot of this type of sake that can be drunk easily.

Koueikiku's Twilight Orange
Slightly orange in the aroma, but the taste is tangy and sweet and delicious!

This is my first Koei Kiku sake, and it is a very enjoyable sake.
The sweetness makes it easy to drink even for those who don't like sake.

This is a reissue of the first Panda Festival from Bamboo Garden.
As the picture of the panda suggests, it has an aroma of bamboo...not so much, but it has an element of blue grass (Sauvignon Blanc in wine?).
It is a good match for dishes where you want to refresh your palate because of the green grass element and the clean acidity and bitterness.
The panda is cute and 😍delicious!

It is empty from Horaisen, a sake brewery in Okumikawa.
The aroma has a citrus aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the lightness of the mouthfeel, followed by a feeling of alcohol, which quickly disappears.
It seems to go well with white meat fish and lightly salted dishes.
It is the type of sake that you will find yourself drinking one more sip after another.

Unlike Tasyu, it has less alcohol.

The sake is made with the same sake rice, but the direction of the sake is so different.
However, the soft fruitiness leaves a cloying taste in the aftertaste.
As a food sake, it would be better matched with Tasake.
Mimuro Sugi is a good sake to recommend to those who may not like sake that it is easy to drink 🍶.
