Sake meter] +2 Acidity Alcohol content] 17 I had it with sushi. It is easy to drink, with a firm but slightly thickened taste. After the acidity comes, a little bit of astringency remains. The aroma is fruity, not strong.

It is refreshing, easy to drink, and soft in the mouth. It goes well with sashimi and fried food. When you drink it in an Edo-kiriko glass, both the food and the sake are beautiful and you can enjoy looking at them. It is a beautiful sight to see and feel good.
