Taste of rice and fruity like white grapes
What I didn't like was the slight alcohol taste.
It is natural that it has alcohol taste because it is a sake....
But after leaving it at room temperature, the aroma and taste seemed more gorgeous and it was easy to drink 🍶.
It is a Miyagi sake, but I tried it with Kiritanpo hot pot from Akita.
Maybe it's because most of the sake I usually drink is sweet or umami, but I think I felt more bitterness and sourness in the brewer's kuheiji than I expected.
Citrus bitterness? I also feel a slight carbonation.
I would recommend this sake to those who like dry sake.
I'd like to know what kind of tsumami goes with this.
Unlike Jikin, it is less fruity and ideal as a food sake
The sake has a good flavor of rice and no unpleasant alcohol taste.
I paired it with seri nabe and Japanese style snacks.
It was a big hit with my gourmet acquaintances.
Daimine Two Grain Drink Comparison
I think I like Aizan the best.
Not too sweet, fruity sweetness and sourness
It has a strong rice flavor.
Daimine's 2-grain and 3-grain series have a good taste of rice.
Fruity Sake
No unpleasant miscellaneous taste or alcohol taste.
Word of mouth said it had a pungent taste, but I didn't notice much.
Served at a company drinking party
Very popular with men and women of all ages
