→This was my first unfiltered sake, perhaps because my taste buds were numbed by 1-3, but it is delicious. Even if you don't eat rice, this one will advance your palate for all light-flavored Japanese food.
5. Tsukushi no Homare Special Junmai Sake
→This sake is clear and easy to drink. I have an image of sake that it is difficult to distinguish between clearness and stimulation, but I felt that this one could be described as clear as an impression.
6. Morinokura Junmai Daiginjyo Namagara
→Compared to the first two, this sake had a nice aroma with a little more thickness. I was satisfied with just this one. I would rather drink it at the very beginning of drinking sake than with food.
Asahi Kiku Gin-naki Nigori Sake
→I have never had such a sweet sake. It seems to go well with takoyaki and monja.

→It has a refreshing sweetness, smoothness, and a nice aroma.
3. ikegame junmai ginjo mellow
→I want to drink it slowly, rolling it around in my mouth. I like to drink it with sashimi and talk slowly and carefully with people I know well.
I had just learned that there are "Kaoru-shu", "Soshu", "Mature-shu", and "Mellow-shu" in Japanese sake, so I jumped at the chance to try this one.

Kagoshima Highball Sawayaka
It was totally different from Kagoshima Highball Mellow.
The aroma of sweetpotato and the crispness of the carbonic acid were outstanding. I want to drink it with fried bean curd.

I thought it would be hard to drink with 7% alcohol content, but the aroma of sweetpotato and the sweet taste made it drinkable.
It is different from the soda sweetpotato, and I got the impression that the soda and the real shochu are well blended.
I would like to drink it again when I can relax!
