Mitsui no Kotobuki" is a must drink at least once. I heard it is super dry, but it is very easy to drink and delicious! The taste of Tsumami expands and it is great. I was attracted by the name and label, but I want to drink it again. Come to think of it, this was my first Fukuoka sake.

The third bottle on the Otter Road is Polishing 20% to 30%. I wondered if it was necessary to polish it that much. I wondered if it was necessary to polish it so much. The mellow aroma spread throughout the glass. I am a dry wine drinker, but this sweet wine is incredibly delicious. What is this level? And the aftertaste is refreshing. It was worth polishing! I am sorry if I don't treat this as a special bottle. This makes me curious about "Polishing and Beyond". Someday!

If you find an antenna store in Niigata, you cannot pass by it. I had never seen Kirinzan in a blue bottle before, so I was attracted to it and bought it. It was a small 300 ml bottle. At first I couldn't taste the flavor, but then I realized it was too cold. After I let the temperature back up a bit, I drank it and the taste expanded. Delicious! The clarity is amazing, just as the label says. Mellow, yet crisp and clean. Would be a good gift including the bottle.

I was going to buy other sake, but I found an otter with a limit of three bottles per person and bought it. Next to mellowness, it was mellowness. This is delicious. It is a dangerous product because it is so easy to drink. I was hooked.

Otter is a sake that had become too famous for a while and I had avoided it. When I tried it, I was surprised at how good it tasted.
