We went to the Cosedo Sake Shop's Chuo Station Store as soon as it opened at the Chuo Station. First of all, we had a chat with the clerk! I met again with Mr. Mikitey, a friend of mine who helped me last time! Unfortunately, they didn't have the sake I was looking for! So I told her I would come back and visit again after going around Sakurajima and Senganen. I had a few of today's recommended sakes! Aizu Miyazumi, it's been a while! I felt a little alcoholic, but it was a good start in Kagoshima! extensive knowledge This is a limited edition sake of Miyazumi, a local brand of Miyazumi Meizumi brewery in Fukushima prefecture, which is famous for "Kurakuraku". The rice used is Yamadaho, which is the mother of Yamadanishiki. It has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of apples and a fresh, grapefruit-like acidity on the palate, The beautiful spiciness balances well with the overall taste. The waitress and I talked about sake for a while longer! Have you heard of Sake no Wa? I just started recently! Apparently only two have been posted yet! While talking about Sake-no-wa, we also had a lively discussion about how the new restaurant, which opened on August 31, will be styled as a kaku-uchi (corner bar)! We bought a 300ml bottle each of Tenpyo Junmai Sake and Yokoyama as souvenirs and headed for the airport! We found a good store, good sake and sake-no-wa-friends! I will stop by again when I come to Kagoshima! Knowledge This junmai ginjo-shu is brewed using Omachi produced in the Akaban area of Okayama Prefecture. It brings out the characteristics of Omachi and has a ripe, fruity aroma. The taste is soft and smooth with a smooth sensation down the throat. Compared to the year-round Junmai Ginjo, this sake has more umami and sweetness. There were also Ako Omachi and Bizen Waiting at the store! I would like to compare them somewhere 😋. Lastly, I found Satsushu Masamune at an airport store. I just took a commemorative photo. I can't buy any more!

I was told that Tenpyo Junmai Ginjo Aizan was available, but they were sold out! Instead, we were told we could drink this. Kido Muryozan Junmai Ginjo! It's my first time! I was lucky! Fruity and delicious! The waitress behind the counter politely told me about the sake. I'll have a sip of Kurobuta Miso with a sip of Kurobuta Miso! a wealth of knowledge Muryozan" is a special sake made from the highest grade of Kido. Now we have created a superb sake that has inherited the name "Muryozan"." Kido" is a popular brand that is now in great demand throughout the country. It is a sake that is highly regarded by all types of people, and is a sake that is close to the drinker. However, we want to create the ultimate sake, the sake that carries the brewer's will. This is the sake that Heiwa Shuzo brews for itself. Our wish has come true, and we have created what we at Heiwa Shuzo consider to be the best sake in Japan. This was the "Kido" from the "Muryozan" series.
