I was shocked to hear the news that sake breweries in Ishikawa were devastated.
Is the recovery progressing? I often hear the news that aid is not getting to those in need 😞.
I hope that all kinds of support will be provided and the devastated sake breweries will be able to recover.
As for the taste, it has a gentle sweetness and well-balanced acidity 😋...it's really delicious 😋😋 I want to drink it again next year!
