I started drinking sake in earnest last spring and became more and more addicted to sake when I joined the sake-no-wa last September😇.
I am deeply grateful to my friends at Sake-no-Wawa, especially the members of Kansai Sake-no-Wawa, for helping me get this far 🙇🙏🙏.
I'm still a sake newbie but thanks to you all, I'm enjoying my sake encounters😇.
Yesterday, I asked Kaorin what she was going to drink for her 300 check-in tomorrow... I asked her if she had Shinsei, Jikin and Imi... she said Hanamup 🤣.
Kaorin is such a Hanamup fan that even when she goes to a restaurant that promotes Jyushiyo, she says she prefers the student's Hanamup to the teacher's Jyushiyo🤣.
Actually, I just read back and the 200 check-in was also Hanamup in early January 😅.
I've been posting almost exclusively for drinking at home, and 100 posts in 4 months is a fair pace 😀.
Hanamup has Sake Mirai and this Rikuwada, I thought about which one to choose, but here it's Rikuwada 😇.
Rikuwada is the sake rice that Mr. Takagi of Jyushiyo taught Mr. Ryoseki 😀 The taste is round, well-balanced, and well balanced.
