Junmai Junmai Mucho is dry. It is already hot and spicy in the mouth. There is no sweetness, of course. It is hi-ire once to preserve the freshly pressed flavor. Anko full course and at an inn in Oarai. The freshness of the raw anglerfish and the sweetness of the rice were combined with a little dryness at the end of the meal. It was a blissful time with anglerfish and local sake.

My father used to drink this brand. I drank it with nostalgia. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to drink it 🤓. I don't know if "adult sake" is the right word, but it's the traditional sake 🍶. I wonder if this is the kind of sake Makoto Fujita drinks at a small restaurant after solving a case in an old detective drama (old!). 🤣 It's a far cry from modern sake these days: ☺️ It's a very crisp and clean sake, and you can really feel the deliciousness of the rice. It has no sweetness or juiciness at all and goes well with all kinds of food! I don't dislike it and it's good to have it once in a while instead of all modern sake 😃. ★★★☆☆☆☆

Easy to drink, clean and refreshing. In the worst case, it tastes light and has no characteristics. However, many of them have a strong alcohol taste, but this one has none of that and is really easy to drink.

Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content: 16° to 17° C There is just a little bit of color. When I poured it into a bowl, I could see a few air bubbles, but it was not so gaseous. The aroma was strong through the nose after the woody and sour aroma spread on the palate. I was thankful to be able to enjoy the sake pressed on the morning of Risshun again this year ✨. I bought the same three brands as last year. Every year I worry about the order in which to taste them, but I decided to start with my only daughter who has been drinking them for a long time 😆.
