This is a limited edition sake from the Eikoh Fuji Sake Brewery (^^)
I have a weakness for limited editions, and I also bought the Junmai Daiginjo of this one to compare drinks (^^).
It is a typical Japanese sake.
It has a strong aroma of rice and a strong flavor, and it is very drinkable. I drank it in summer, but it is better to drink it in winter with a hot pot. It has a good taste that is hard to beat.
