Takazawa Sake Brewery Organic Akebono Hatsuarashi
The sake brewery is only listed as Toyama.
The taste is very strong.
Soft amazake aroma.
Akebono was so good that we had to go here as well.
Unlike the Junmai I mentioned earlier, this one has a green apple🍏 aroma. And while it has a refreshing throat feeling, it is juicy.
Yes👍this one is even more delicious😋I'm glad I had it!
Hi Kosuke 😃
Nice sake trip from Nagano to Hokuriku 🤗Akebono! I was totally unaware of this 😅I was suddenly curious after seeing these two reviews 🧐I wonder if there are places that sell it!
Dr. Jay & Nobby Good evening 🫡Akebono wasn't that good. but it was getting tasty these days. Please try it. The big fishing flag design is the classic type, so this is a stop 🫷.
To be honest, Akebono was a sake that I did not have such a good image of. I thought it was a classic sake 🍶 that goes well with so-called hot sake.
But...
This Akebono has a soft and gentle aroma, a mild rice flavor that spreads gradually, and a good acidity that is well-balanced despite its simple taste. The lingering aftertaste is relaxing. It is delicious.
