It is not spicy. Soft and easy to drink. The quintessential daiginjo. I think it will be easily accepted by sake beginners.

Nishio Shuzo Special Junmai Sake Kiso no San I feel like I've been drinking a lot of sake from Nagano recently, but it's probably just my imagination. So, here is Kiso no Kanehashi. It's a well-balanced sake with a solid taste, but not too spicy. It was served with cheese and broccoli. I want to go to Nagano!

Local sake of Minamikiso Kiso no Kakehashi soma "It was like yogurt when it was poured as it is said, "This doburoku-flavored sake is a thick taste of the old days. It is the type of nigorizake (doburoku?) that blows out if you don't cool it down properly before opening the bottle. The alcohol is 19 degrees. The alcohol is also 19 degrees. The yogurt flavor, bitterness, and sourness are all very strong. It might be a sake that real drinkers can enjoy (^^)

This sake was given to me by a drinking friend on New Year's Day. It has a sour taste like yogurt and melon, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp. You can drink it easily, but be careful not to drink too much because the alcohol is 19 degrees.
