A bottle of Shinshu's local sake drinking set.
I bought it at an Aeon store in Kiso when I went for a drive to Kaida Kogen.
The aroma is weak and the taste is dry and light.
The aroma is weak, and it is dry and light. It's a dry, light type of sake, drinkable in general.
I would rather drink it warmed than chilled.
I am considering buying Junmai sake at a sake brewery in Ookwa village next time.
