Found in Okage Yokocho after visiting Ise Jingu Inner Shrine Freshly squeezed raw sake Delicious. It's fresh, but you can also feel the sake. It's worth drinking even if it's only one cup. Steamed oyster with ponzu and wasabi! Oysters are great raw, steamed, or grilled! Now that I like sake, I can eat more things. Thank you for the food. ★★★★☆☆

We use Yamada Nishiki rice. Ise-Man is more familiar with the shochu varieties "Kōnen" and "Stella". It's a neat and sharp taste that is typical of Daiginjo. The sweetness is moderate, but it is not too dry. It has a strong acidity, so it has a lot of depth. It's perfect for sushi or sashimi of white fish. There's still a lot of good sake in Mie!

thanks to the gods Freshly-Squeezed Raw Sake❗️ I drank it on the road. Best sake I've ever had while walking around 😋 It's extremely sweet and mellow. The taste is so good that I don't need any snacks. It was gone in a flash after sipping it 🥰 This is a walk only, but I bought a lot more sake ♥️I look forward to drinking it ♥️. Drinking wine in the morning, having a local beer for lunch, and then sake👋😆🎶✨✨

19年8月製造、令和元年開催全国新酒鑑評会の品物。伊勢詣りのときに、商店街にあった蔵元のお店で注文。フルーティーかつ、飲みやすいタイプで、贈り物には間違いのない美味しさです。これ単体で完結する美味しいお酒です。冷蔵庫で冷やして飲んでいます。味:ジューシーなびわの甘味、酸味。舌に残るほんのわずかの心地よい苦味色:透明上立ち香:程よいミカンやパイナップルのような甘酸っぱい香り含み香:穏やかなマスカットの香り戻り香:ミカンやパイナップルのような甘酸っぱい香り合わせたい料理:柑橘系のドレッシングのかかったサラダ(例えば淡白で旨味が強い椎茸のグリルそのものでは酒が旨味に負けてしまいますが、ゆずポン酢をかけてから食べると、お互いを尊重しながら楽しめました)
