Ginjo sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polished rice 50 al15-16 When you type in [thanks] in Sake no Wa, [Uchinomae Sake Brewery] comes up, but the 2019 label says the brewer is Iseman, Ise City, Mie Prefecture. The most recent search also seems to indicate that the brewer is Iseman. 20190913 Souvenir of Ise trip from an acquaintance

Right. When you come here, you have to drink. Sweet mouthfeel. The pungent taste swells from the middle. I'm grateful for being able to come here and drink it.

It's been a while since I've had sake, thanks to Oise-sama! It's refreshing, easy to drink, and has a wonderful aroma! This is why I can't stop drinking sake! It's a good omen for the beginning of the year, and it's been a good week!

We received some souvenirs from Ise. I don't know the rice polishing ratio, but it is probably Ginjo-shu. From the first sip, the sweetness of the rice and the spiciness with a high alcohol feeling flow smoothly, and it is a sake that goes down the throat well. We paired it with kabayaki (grilled fish) and mackerel miso, but it goes well with dishes with strong flavors.

I bought this sake when I went on a trip to Mie Prefecture. It was recommended to me because it was only available for a limited time. I don't usually drink brewed sake, but I love nigori sake so I couldn't resist the temptation 😅. It's thick and a little sweet, but the aftertaste is not overpowering. Of course, it's delicious✨.
