Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol content 17 The aroma is sweet and unobtrusive. The sweetness is the first impression, followed by sourness and umami. It was a gift, but it reminds me of when I visited Ise. The afternoon before visiting the Inner Shrine, I had some time to spare, so I went to the brewery to check it out, found it, and drank a lot of sake while listening to the stories of the people there. It was hard to say which was more important, the visit to the shrine or the sake, but it was a lot of fun and I would like to go back again ✈.

This is what I drank when I stayed at a guest house in Mie Prefecture around New Year's. I appreciate the naming. I also visited Ise Shrine, so I felt very grateful. The food at the guest house was wonderful, and the sake went well with the fish. It was easy to drink without any habits.

Received as a souvenir from a trip to Ise🙏. Isuzu River, a clear stream that flows through the precincts of Ise Jingu Shrine. When you hear that the sake is made from its subterranean water, it feels so divine ⛩☺️. The impression on the palate is a little sweet with a moderate aroma. The taste is crisp and has a hint of bitterness. Delicious 😚.
