Contains brewer's alcohol.
After visiting Ise, in the crowded OHARAIMACHI area. Just one quick drink.
It is refreshingly cool and juicy on a hot day. It will take away your tiredness. Delicious!

When you type in [thanks] in Sake no Wa, [Uchinomae Sake Brewery] comes up, but the 2019 label says the brewer is Iseman, Ise City, Mie Prefecture.
The most recent search also seems to indicate that the brewer is Iseman.

We received some souvenirs from Ise.
I don't know the rice polishing ratio, but it is probably Ginjo-shu.
From the first sip, the sweetness of the rice and the spiciness with a high alcohol feeling flow smoothly, and it is a sake that goes down the throat well.
We paired it with kabayaki (grilled fish) and mackerel miso, but it goes well with dishes with strong flavors.
