I bought this in May of this year at the Yamaya as my first bottle of sake after a long absence.
I cooled it in the vegetable room of the fridge and drank it.
I like amazake (not sake kasu, but koji type), so I tried nigorizake for the first time.
I enjoyed two patterns: supernatant only and mixed.
It was relatively easy to drink.
I forgot to take a picture.

I tried drinking it cold while picking up some octopus crackers, but it felt a bit scratchy. I'm not sure if this is what is called "spicy". Does it go better as a hot drink?
