At best it is smooth and easy to drink, at worst it is not very distinctive.

The Kamotsuru sake in the barrel at Ojin, with its great atmosphere, was fantastic.
It was hot yesterday, so I went with a cold sake, but I thought I could have enjoyed it more with a hot sake.
Next time, I'll sweat it out and drink it hot.
