Chilled horse mackerel marinated in Shaoxing wine and micro herbs
The feeling of drinking it is peculiar. I thought it might be a bit peculiar, but after drinking it, it was refreshing and strange.
It is also delicious lukewarm. For sake lovers, it is a delicious sake in any form.

This wine has a light lactic acid aroma with a slight, gentle swelling of flavor.
Overall, it is mellow and finishes nicely with no negative points.
This is a great value for under 3,000 yen including tax!
It is a dry sake with a clean aftertaste, so I think it is a sake that goes well with food. It has no habits, and at first it is a bit spiky, but after a little while it starts to smell good, and then it disappears quickly.
An autumnal sake from Shirakawa, Fukushima Prefecture.
It's a clear sake with not too much of a smell, which is a typical Tohoku base, but the sake from Nakadori has a stronger taste than Aizu.
I got some returned bonito in Iwaki, so I paired it with this sake, and it really goes well with the strong fatty bonito.
