A refreshingly tasty and spicy type! My favorite! I can taste the bitterness and sourness in this sake, and it tastes so good...! I have been drinking major brands so far. My wife bought this one, but I am ashamed to say that I had never heard of this brand (sorry). I drank a little bit every day and enjoyed the change in taste, but it became mellower and calmer day by day. It has a sharp and crisp flavor. Mmmm, yummy! I have no choice but to make a peperoncino with mancini linguine, small shrimp, mussels, and fresh local tomatoes and match it! (I don't know what that means!) Mmmm...! Fukushima has a dragon in Shirakawa! I guess so!

Forgery, hypocrite.... You're right, I'm a booze junkie. I was mistaken. My drinking is not about drinking. There is only one thing I can do. All I could do was to push my liver. Sashu-san's gift to us at the recent sake party This is the first time for us to have this sake. But, well! Sashiu-san's choice is very astringent! It is hiyaoroshi, so let's enjoy the change of taste slowly! When the bottle is first opened, it has a smooth sweetness and a strong acidity. Now, let's see how this opens up... After 2 days Oh, wow! The aroma and sweetness have opened up, and the acidity has settled down. The aftertaste is softly fragrant, and the taste has become more modern at once. This is good! Speaking of "Noborimon", I remembered making a plastic model of a decotra called "Noborimon" when I was in elementary school. I was a kid who loved decotra cars, Gundam, and Jackie Chan. I don't think it has anything to do with alcohol, though. Thank you very much for your kindness!

Not being a fan of cloudy sake, I was unable to open the bottle for a while after it arrived. When I poured it, it was not as cloudy as I had imagined, and the taste was not cloying. It even has a savory taste. If it had not arrived by regular delivery, I might never have encountered it.
