Purchased at Kisarazu Umeta no Sato, a roadside station. It has a strong aroma and the texture is like water, or perhaps a little spicy. It's easy to drink, and I guess it's a good sake to drink with food. Not sweet. It's good.

Second stage! Limited edition sake from the brewery. Unlike the previous version, this one has more weight, but is not so dry. It's not a strong drink, but it's recommended to drink slowly.

I emptied this bottle in one day. I'm worried about my liver. Since I drank it while eating yakitori from Bibai, Hokkaido, I thought it would be good with a battery of snacks. I bought some freshly squeezed sake, so I'll try it with fish.

Chiba sake set, the last three bottles Return to Kimitsu City again Apparently. It seemed to be a sake brewery set of Kamisou. It has a gentle mouthfeel and a slight sweetness. It is well balanced, clear and easy to drink. I think 300ml is not enough for this. This time, I learned that there are six sake breweries in Kimitsu City. I'm sorry to say, but I only knew about "Fukuhuku", so I was interested in the other sake.

Tsugi松

Chiba is a sake from Kururi, a town of spring water. It is brewed with Sounomai from Chiba Prefecture. It is unfiltered and unpasteurized, and is said to be a freshly brewed Junmai Ginjo. The aroma at the time of opening the package is modest. The taste is dark, heavy and powerful. Then, the flavor of rice and sweetness. At the end, a sour taste remains in the mouth. It is a sake to be chipped. 🙃Iki no mide kinuzo yo If you try it with ice, it's pretty easy to drink and tastes great! On the label, "Yume" is written with a unique brush stroke. The little frog is cute. I'd like to try some of this brewery's other products.
