A limited edition of the Hiroshima liquor store "Shou Yamada", Kin Izumi from the Aihara Sake Brewery.
I became addicted to sake at Amagatsu no Tsuki, and since it's a piece of Hiroshima's DNA, it's only natural that it should taste good... lol
The aroma is melon, fruity like a pear, and has a rich and pervasive standing aroma.
It seems to be similar to Sharaku's Junmai Ginjo, but this one has a slightly stronger flavor.
It's still good!
Aihara-san, you're the best!
